Retails Operations

1. Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
  • HKCEE (Form 5) / HKDSE (Form 6) or above
  • Diploma / Certificate related to Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage industry
  • Grading will be based on the actual working experience of the candidate
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations
  • Supervise all staff in the store
  • 2. Manager Trainee (1-year Restaurant Manager Supervisory Training)
    Requirements:
  • HKCEE (Form 5) / HKDSE (Form 6) or above with 2 years Food and Beverage industry experience or
  • Fresh Graduate Student in Diploma / Certificate related to Food and Beverage industry or above
  • Responsibilities:
  • To complete Operations and on-the-job Training Program within 1 year
  • Successful trainee will be promoted to Assistant Manager Level
  • 3. Star Service Crew / Service Crew (Part-Time / Full-Time)
    Requirements:
  • Form 3 or above
  • Relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Candidates with 2 years Food & Beverage industry experience will be considered to Star Service Crew
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations
  • 4.Bakery Assistant – Bread & Kitchen (Part-Time / Full-Time)
    Requirements:
  • Form 3 or above
  • With certificate in baker or Western Cuisine and relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Willing to work on early morning shift (6:00am)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for bakery and food productions for café or restaurant
  • 5. Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time)
    Requirements:
  • With relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing food items at store level
  • 6. Cook (Part-Time / Full-Time)
    Requirements:
  • With relevant cooking experience in Western Cuisine Chain Restaurant
  • Passion in cooking
  • Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the food served to customer in good quality
  • Work collaboratively with the team
  • 7. Star Service Ambassador (Part-Time / Full-Time)
    Requirements:
  • Passionate in serving customer
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented
  • HKCEE (Form 5) or HKDSE (Form 6) and above with 2 years Food and Beverage industry experience
  • Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling customer enquiries
  • To offer assistance / services to customer as needed
  • To promote our products to customer / recruit VIP members
