Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- HKDSE (Form 6) or above
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma in hotel & catering or related discipline is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B Industry
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of western cuisine chain restaurant/ cafe, including kitchen, lobby and beverage counter
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant/ café
- Train and supervise the whole team in store
Manager Trainee (1-year Restaurant Manager Supervisory Training)
Requirements:
- HKDSE (Form 6) or above with 2 years experience in F&B Industry or
- Certificate/Diploma or above in hotel & catering or related discipline (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Responsibilities:
- To complete Operations and on-the-job Training Program within 1 year
- Successful trainee will be promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager
Star Service Ambassador (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Requirements:
- Passionate in serving customer
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer enquiries
- To offer assistance / services to customer as needed
- To promote our products to customer / recruit VIP members

Requirements:

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food quality according to standard at all times
